All you need to know about PhænoMind

  • How long will I get free updates?

    Free updates are possible for each version number. I.e. Version 1.2 will be updateable up to version 1.9.99 for free. Version 2 will be charged - but with 50% off for existing customers. (All non-binding and subject to changes)

  • Is there any help for the installation?

    Yes, please see here.

  • How do I get my receipt?

    Your receipt will be sent to you from our payment provider, Stripe. Please check you Inbox and your spamfilter for any mails from stripe.com.

  • Is there any support?

    Depends. If you have the STANDARD or the BUSINESS versions you can try the software before you buy. So there is no support at all for these versons.

    PROFESSIONAL includes support via mail and ENTERPRISE customers can call us by phone.

  • PhænoMind does not show a license

    PhænoMind is licensed via our license server. In the main menu, the license can be queried or entered via “Help” and “License”. Please use the email address with which you registered with us or with which you paid for your license.

  • Crashes or error messages

    • PhænoMind attempts to write data to your documents directory. If this directory is not shared, errors may occur.

    • A virus scanner believes that PhænoMind is carrying out illegal actions. Please temporarily deactivate the virus scanner. Then test again to see if the error still occurs. Don't forget to activate the virus scanner again afterwards!
